听到这个名字是不是觉得有点奇怪哈，本来应该是皮蛋瘦肉粥的么，怎么到我这儿就变成皮蛋粥了的哈？
因为我这在宿舍，条件有限，就只有皮蛋能煮啊，所以么..........
自从来到马来西亚，进入UCSI读书以后，每天吃来吃去就是那两样东西，都腻了，，，，所以决定勤劳一下，这段时间就由我自己来做晚餐了。
今天没有什么胃口，我就想煮粥喝，刚好想到前几天在Giant买了咸鸭蛋和皮蛋，刚好派上用场了哈。
首先我先煮咸鸭蛋，因为我想试下蛋能不能放到微波炉里面煮。首先把鸭蛋洗干净，然后放到碗里，加入水，记住，水一定要高过鸭蛋哦，否则可能会爆炸的。然后我在将他们放进微波炉，用中低温煮了快8分钟了，我想这下应该熟了吧，就把鸭蛋给拿出来了。
